The weather at least!! During this otherwsie quiet month I will be working with Rainmaker Public Relations on the re-release of Pear in the Pink Thing!!

I heard that he saw his shadow ( whatever that means ;) and I am ready for spring!!!

Yes!! I got back into the studio (SoulThink Productions but now in Chicago!!)
It's a rock song!! Yeh baby!

The title is "Again" and I wrote the lyrics, chorus & bridge melodies,
and Ben Kesler wrote the verse melody (hmm... maybe that's why it's so low ;)

I sang the song over Ben's amazing production, and Geoff Gatts added the live drums!!

**So when can we hear it?? Well I was thinking that for a little Valentine gift to you...
I will post it on my myspace page on February 14th and for that day only,

OK, I'm a bit late on this greeting, but I was on vacation and enjoying time off with my husband :)

Now I am back to work, spending time writing & hope to record a new song in Chicago this month!

Thanks to all who voted for the song I co-wrote
that was playing on the R&B/Soul channel on Ourstage.com ~ the song came in 2nd out of 581 songs!!! We're so glad you loved it :))

It's good to be getting out again after my surgery, & this weekend marks the first gig post-op! Backed up by Rick James on guitar & vocals...come on out!!!

I am still home resting from surgery and dealing with an eye issue
(central serous retinopathy) Yikes!

I am home and healing after my surgery last week, & very, very thankful :)

I have been mostly off road for the last few months with a literal pain in the neck...i am having surgery next week (1/22) for cervical spinal stenosis.

Here's hoping for a year that holds lots of nice surprises (& a new neck;)
